We deliver our regular e-newsletters. We want to give you control over our use of your data for direct marketing purposes. This means you can opt-out of receiving emails from us at any time by unsubscribing using the link provided in our emails.

We may share your information with other companies we work in partnership with. We may also share your information with others outside of TCS e.g. regulators, sub-contractors or suppliers providing services on our behalf. We will obtain your agreement if data is shared to third-parties

Personal data collected from the website is held within a secure environment and follows the TCS Data Protection Procedure. This means data is only used for the purpose intended.

Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. Total Care Security Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.

Our high risk areas
We understand that our biggest exposure to Modern Slavery is in our product supply chains, and we have a responsible purchasing procedure in place to mitigate this.
We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:
Total Care Security operates a supplier policy and maintains a preferred supplier list.
We conduct due diligence on all suppliers before allowing them to become a preferred supplier. Our responsible purchasing procedure forms part of our contract with suppliers and they are required to confirm that no part of their business operations contradicts this policy.
In addition to the above, as part of our contract with suppliers, we require that they confirm to us that:
Training and awareness
We make our procurement/buying teams aware of the policies in place so that they understand the signs of modern slavery and what to do if they suspect that it is taking place within our supply chain.
